Sudan's Al-Hilal Escalates Case After CAF Rejects Its Complaint

The disciplinary committee of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has rejected the complaint filed by Sudan's Al-Hilal club regarding its match against Renaissance Berkane, according to an official letter the club received over the past few hours.
In a statement, Al-Hilal reaffirmed its position, describing its case as "fair" and signalling its intention to pursue the legal route by escalating the file to the continental body's appeals committee.
This development keeps the case open to all possibilities, pending the outcome of the next stage of legal proceedings within CAF's bodies, in an affair that has stirred considerable controversy across African football circles.
The coming days are expected to bring fresh developments, particularly with Al-Hilal's management insisting on defending the club's rights through every available legal channel.
