Alexandre Santos: "What We've Achieved Is Only the Beginning, the Ambition Remains"

Portuguese coach Alexandre Dos Santos of AS FAR has expressed his great delight at reaching this stage of the CAF Champions League campaign, describing it as an important moment in his team's journey this season.
Speaking at the press conference ahead of the second leg of the Champions League semi-final against Renaissance Berkane, Santos affirmed that reaching this level had not been easy, noting that the team had put in tremendous effort since the start of the campaign, both physically and tactically, while working continuously to strengthen the group's cohesion and instill a sense of teamwork among the players.
The coach of the Royal Army side explained that what has been achieved so far is the fruit of complete collective work, while stressing at the same time that the road is still long, saying that what has been accomplished represents only the end of the first half of the mission.
Santos added that the focus is now entirely on the second half, with the team aiming to continue working with the same seriousness and discipline in order to achieve its set objectives and bring joy to the fans.
Dos Santos concluded by affirming that the next stage demands more focus and sacrifice, with faith in the group's ability to keep delivering positive performances.
