Alexandre Santos: "Big Matches Are Decided by Details and We Trust in a Positive Result"

Portuguese coach Alexandre Santos of AS FAR has affirmed that his side is preparing for a tough clash in the CAF Champions League, pointing out that the outcome will be settled by small details requiring high concentration and tactical discipline.
During the press conference ahead of the final, Santos explained that the tie will be played over two legs, home and away, against an opponent with vast experience in such continental fixtures, adding: "We are facing a big clash played over two legs against a team that has wide experience in these competitions".
The Royal Army coach pointed out that his team also boasts seasoned players accustomed to big matches, saying: "We have players with significant experience, such as goalkeeper Reda Tagnaouti and Salim, alongside players who have built up great experience at the highest level, led by captain Rabie Hrimat".
Santos stressed the importance of concentration in such fixtures, affirming that small details can make the difference, concluding: "This kind of match is decided by details and concentration, and we trust in the abilities of our group to achieve a positive result".
It is worth noting that the first leg between AS FAR and their South African hosts Mamelodi Sundowns will be played on Sunday starting at three in the afternoon, on the pitch of the Loftus Versfeld stadium in Pretoria.
