MC Oujda Announces Reduced Sanctions for Casoni and Niokhor Ba

Mouloudia d'Oujda (MC Oujda) football club announced this Friday, in a statement addressed to its supporters and the sporting public, that it had received the decision of the central appeals committee of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) regarding the recent disciplinary cases involving coach Bernard Casoni and player Niokhor Ba.
The decision resulted in coach Bernard Casoni's suspension being reduced from four matches to two, while player Niokhor Ba's suspension was cut from six matches to three.
The club regarded the decision as well-deserved justice, reflecting the soundness of the legal arguments it had submitted and confirming the validity of the pleadings presented before the competent committee.
On this occasion, the club's management extended its heartfelt thanks and deep gratitude to the president of the legal and disputes committee, Mr. Mohamed El Hammami, in appreciation of the efforts made in handling these cases, alongside the club's other dispute files, serving its interests and defending its rights with professionalism and responsibility.
